The Dream

I had a dream I met the Law (of Cause and Effect).

I won’t tell you what she looked liked…or what she was wearing.

I met the Law and the Law was taking me on a tour.

We entered this area, huge and infinite. It had rows and rows of stuff. We were walking along and all of a sudden I saw my name.

I said,  "hold on, wait; this is my stuff?"

She said, “Well you know, whatever you want, whatever you require, whatever you are going to require – it’s all here. All we are waiting for is for you to reveal it in your life…so, yeah, it’s your row of stuff."

I looked at it…."ah, look at that, it just goes on forever, I can have anything, anytime, it just goes on forever. That’s great."

So I started looking at the stuff individually. There’s boxes and labels….and I noticed something I had already received….And I said, “I remember getting that, but it didn’t really look as nice as that."

And she said, “Well, that’s because you were standing on the corner.”
“The corner, what are you talking about?"
“Well,” she said, “when these things are delivered you have to be on Truth Trail.”

“Truth Trail?”

She said, “Yeah, when that was being delivered, you were standing on the corner of Truth Trail and Fear Avenue, so that was colored by your position there at the corner.”

"Huh?", not quite getting it.

But I continues walking down the aisle looking at all my stuf,  noticed some great things that were in my life and suddenly I noticed there was something that never really happened…so far…that I have wanted, that I have desired….and I said, “what happened to that? I wanted that, I was standing on Truth Trail, I did treatment for it and everything else…"

“No,  I heard you, the Law heard you …we were delivering that but you weren’t on Truth Trail, you were on I Don’t Deserve It Drive. If you’re not on Truth Trail, it doesn’t show up."

I said, “What about that?” She said, “don’t even ask, you were on Lack Lane, buddy. When you are on Lack Lane, everything is tainted."

I tell you this story because I want you all to join me in digging in, delving deeper into your spiritual Mind practice, to pay forward in mental coin… so that the stuff that you require, the attitudes you require, the relationships you require, the peace of mind…they show up as you desired it, as you pictured it, as you wanted it.

Let me encourage you to stay on Faith FreewayBelief BoulevardSpirit Street… if you can’t be on Truth Trail.

Because the UPS… the Universal Prosperity Service… they’re going to deliver and you want to be at the right address to get the right and perfect delivery.

The Presence
by Emmet Fox
God is the only Presence and the only Power.  God is fully present here with me, now.  God is the only real Presence - all the rest is but shadow.  God is perfect Good, and God is the cause only of perfect Good.  God never sends sickness, trouble, accident, temptation, nor death itself; nor does He authorize these things.  We bring them upon ourselves by our own wrong thinking.  God, Good, can cause only good.  The same fountain cannot send forth both sweet and bitter water.

I am Divine Spirit.  I am the child of God.  In God I live and move and have my being; so I have not fear.  I am surrounded by the Peace of God and all is well.  I am not afraid of people; I am not afraid of things; I am not afraid of circumstances; I am not afraid of myself; for God is with me.  The Peace of God fills my soul, and I have no fear.  I dwell in the Presence of God, and no fear can touch me.  I am not afraid of the past; I am not afraid of the present; I am not afraid for the future; for God is with me.  The Eternal God is my dwelling place and underneath are the ever-lasting arms.  Nothing can ever touch me but the direct action of God Himself, and God is Love.

God is Life; I understand that and I express it.
God is Truth; I understand that and I express it.
God is Divine Love; I understand that and I express it.

I send out thoughts of love and peace and healing to the whole universe:  to all trees and plants and growing things, to all beasts and birds and fishes, and to every man, woman and child on earth, without any distinction.  If anyone has ever injured me or done me any kind of harm, I fully and freely forgive him now, and the thing is done forever.  I loose him and let him go.  I am free and he is free.  It there is any burden of resentment in me I cast it upon the Christ within, and I go free.

God is Infinite Wisdom, and that Wisdom is mine.  That Wisdom leads and guides me; so I shall not make mistakes.  Christ in me is a lamp unto my feet.  God is Infinite Life, and that Life is my supply; so I shall want for nothing.  God created me and He sustains me.  Divine Love has foreseen everything, and provided for everything.  One Mind, One Power, One Principle.  One God, One Law, One Element.  Closer is He than breathing, nearer than hands and feet.

I am Divine Sprit, the Child of God, and in the presence of God I dwell forever.  I thank God for Perfect Harmony.

The Installation of the Eight Great

Revs. Doug LeBow, Sharon Earle, myself, Patrick Feren, Rita Andriello, Jamie Klein,
Gary Oltman and Barbara Oltman

On February 26, 2012, along with seven of my classmates, I was officially installed as the Arts Minister (though I have held the post for several months now) at the NoHo Arts Center for New Thought. We currently have a twice monthly workshop for actors, directors and writers where we "Bring the Creative Process into the creative process", produce theatrical productions, along with other media, and the visual arts.

As a minister, wherever that takes me, I see myself having the following job, which I pledge to uphold:

To provoke, inspire and empower my community and the world at large to optimize their greatest Good using the Divine Intelligence that is indwelling in each and every one,

To be Consciousness on Demand, knowing only the Truth for every one and every thing,

To live consciously, consistently and mindfully in the Truth,

And, as William Blake wrote....

To see a world in a grain of sand,
And heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.

Picasso's Don Quixote

- Is it mad to be consumed by one's romantic dreams?

- Is it mad to perceive the world with a reality that others cannot see?

- Is it mad to have impossible aspirations?

- Is it mad to doggedly pursue one's quest in life, despite one failure after another?

- Is it made to passionately defend chivalry in a world where that notion is long dead?

- Is it mad to cling unyieldingly to one's sense of honor, nobility, and purpose,
when everyone else laughs in derision?

Then perhaps more of the world should be so mad.

Occupy Your Mind

There has been a lot of talk lately about the 99 percent-ers and the 1 percent-ers in our country. It is an us vs. them dialogue culminating in a mostly peaceful demonstration and takeover of public parks, government building areas and schools, colleges and universities. It is a movement that is bringing up valid concerns of equality and fairness; and questioning the current concepts of community and patriotism that seem to prevail in our uneven, regressive and loophole abundant tax code that tends to favor the "rich" (at least in their pocketbook). It brings up the issues of government support of corporations, public entitlements and the entitlement feelings of the public and the business world. It raises, once again, the notion of the leanings toward and the liens produced in the U.S. and the world that are quickly propelling us into a corporatocracy (versus democracy). And, most importantly, it poses the question of "who's the boss around here?".

There are feelings of powerlessness and a sense of loss at what We the People... has seemingly become to mean. Are we a society run by the people (IE: the individual person as a collective) or the persons (what has lately been defined as the corporate collective)? What seems to be left to those who feel disenfranchised (the people described as the 99 percent-ers) is the use of our most important right, according to the first amendment of the document this country was formed with and holds most sacred.  And that is being usurped by overzealous, fear driven politicians and police. Though I may applaud some of the tenets of this Occupy movement and those who have peacefully addressed the issues the government more often than not cannot or will not address, I must remind every member of this collective of their individual responsibilities to ThemSelves. Not to dissuade the discussion in the micro (the smaller, though mighty factual picture) but to add to it with the macro (the larger, Universal picture - what we in the New Thought Movement call the Truth).

In the macro (the Universal), the 99 percent rules over the 1 percent. It is a place where equality is not a matter bound by tax code or the lawmakers or the GDP or the whims of the stock marketeers and banksters. It is a matter of choice and decision - personal choice and decision. It is a place where outside situations hold no grasp we don't allow to take hold. It is a place, using the term as both a noun and  verb, that is controlled by no one and no thing but YourSelf. That place is your Mind.

In your Mind, you get to decide what affects you, effects you and how your perception of what is going on gets experienced in your life. In your Mind, you are the boss around here. Again, I don't say this to dissuade the discussion going on, but to add to it by releasing the victimhood mentality (a debilitating belief producing a lack-filled life, a "self-accepted hell on earth" [Raymond Charles Barker]) and embracing the Power that is in all of us. The Power of Decision.

What you place in your subconscious mind must appear as your experience. Your subconscious mind acts as a Law of Creation. You cannot think and feel negatively over a period of time and have positive situations maintained in your experience.
Raymond Charles Barker from The Power of Decision

I encourage you to Occupy your Mind daily and consistently with the words, thoughts, feelings and beliefs equal to your greatest good. You get to decide what those are. Lose the pepper spray of fear, lack, shame, guilt and blame - it does you no good. It just brings you a painful experience even whilst you are taking a peaceful stand to be your best. Furthermore, it goes against what is Divine in you. These are not rose-colored glasses I am persuading you to wear, but the true and correct vision of who you are - the source of your Heaven.

You are the right person, in the right place,to create a right world for yourself.
All the resources of the Infinite are already yours.
Raymond Charles Barker
