BE, DO, Then HAVE Right Now

“I woke up this morning with my mind stayed on Spirit!”

When we keep our attention focused on our relationship with and as Divine Intelligence throughout the day, our perspectives and perceptions of life are filtered through the lens of Truth, Love, and Oneness, giving us the resilience and perseverance to meet whatever may come our way.

We are called to a higher state of consciousness that informs us of our best next steps in thought, feeling, and action.

But we got to get ourselves in the flow of Spirit where we can give up striving, being fearful, and being attached to outcomes, especially success. If we start our day knowing the Source of All and connecting to this energy we can tap into at any time and is always available to work through us as Divine Perfection, and remind ourselves of this powerful, pervasive constructive, and loving Presence, we can begin working through the channels of that Good - that Good of good ideas and bring it into our everyday experiences.

We can then look at any challenges or conditions, any circumstances, anything happening in the world - positive or negative- and know that nothing is more powerful than the Divine source within.

We are each powerful creators and when we consistently claim that power, only Good can come to and from us. That Good can come as something wonderful and positive or a lesson that leads us to the wonderful and positive. It's a mindset; it's not a religious thing, though it could be, it's not even necessarily a spiritual thing, though it really is whether you call it that or not. This is a mindset of being the person who achieves, not just doing the doings to achieve their goal. It's about authenticity and power, as well as talent and skill. In other words,  we are to first BE the one that can DO what it takes to reach the HAVE (the goal).

You gotta BE before you DO in order to HAVE what you want. So the first question we ask ourselves each day is:

Who do I need to be in order to accomplish this goal? What do I need to embody?

This establishes your state of being. That's why I wake up each morning with my mind on Spirit, the Power and Presence within me, the Divine urge that outflows wisdom through me, the direct authority I am right now -without adding a title, degree, etc.- to be the authentic me, sharing my time, talent, and treasure powerfully, boldly, meaningfully, and full-heartedly whether it is for a day of rest, work, or play.

We are in the Water of Infinite Life as the fish is in the ocean…The Spirit of Life is all around us. It flows through us. It permeates everything.  ~This Thing Called Life

So we start the day knowing:

I am Being the channel and expression of the best me; here to deliver my gifts, my talents, and my skills with confidence and inner authority, withholding nothing.

Now, I answer the question, "What do I need to do in order to accomplish this goal that I have today?"

Well, since I am the channel of the Divine Flow:

  • I can dial up the talents required
  • I can dial up the allies required
  • I can make sure I and/or my team takes the path of least resistance mentally and physically
  • I can strategically choose the best course whether that's further education, getting coaching, joining an accountability group, even stepping back and regrouping to prevent burn-out or feeling stuck, figuring out how to optimize my time.

This DO-time is when we get clear on the right actions, the best strategies, and even develop the best behaviors to have the goal....to have the Have.

It is a time to take action, like in this story:

There were two seeds laying side by side in the fertile soil.

The first seed said, "I want to grow! I want to send my roots deep into the soil beneath me, and thrust my sprouts through the earth´s crust above me.

I want to unfurl my tender buds like banners to announce the arrival of spring. I want to feel the warmth of the sun on my face and the blessing of the morning dew on my petals!"

And so she grew...

On the other hand, the second seed said, "Hmmmm. If I send my roots into the ground below, I don´t know what I will encounter in the dark.

If I push my way through the hard soil above me I may damage my delicate sprouts. What if I let my buds open and a snail tries to eat them?

And if I were to open my blossoms, a small child may pull me from the ground. No, no, no, no, no it is much better for me to wait until it is safe."  And so she waited.

Then, one day, a yard hen scratching around in the early spring ground for food found the waiting seed...and promptly ate it.

Moral of The Story: Those who DREAM BIG and THINK from knowing who they are will grow and prosper. Those who think negatively and refuse to BE before they DO, risk getting swallowed up by life.

What would the best of You do? That could be the ideas and actions a mentor might take, but your version of it. Either way:

There is a Center in you that already knows.  Develop the consciousness that flows from this Center, for It is the Secret Place of the Most High within you.  ~Ernest Holmes

Finally, with our minds on Spirit, embodying the personal power of that within you and as you, and the process thought through, strategies set up, and clarity on the actions to take, it's time to Have.

Have at it:

  • lean into the flow
  • express your gifts
  • trust the process
  • listen to the voice of your vision
  • answer the next calls, if any
  • and most importantly, enjoy the journey as well as the results

Trust yourself in the process and trust the Divine in you for guidance. Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote in his essay, Heroism, "Self-trust is the essence of heroism."

Be heroic by embodying the power in you. What is the Divine Urge seeking to express through you today, tomorrow...the next day?

To BE, DO, then HAVE that expression happen for you Right Now
...you got this!!!!

Affirmative Incantation

Knowing that the Divine Presence is closer to me than my very breath, I have complete faith in the outcome of my day.

I feel Divine Love surrounding me and Its protection uplifting me.

And I hear It's Song of Joy forever chanting Its empowering voice at the center of my being.

I direct my thought to Be the powerful badass that I am with efficiency and humor, Do my best every moment of the day, and thus Have what I seek as I work with and through the rock-solid presence of the radiant Spirit within me. Divine Intelligence informs me of the best actions to take, therefore I focus only on positive and constructive thoughts and ideas.

Joyfully, I expect greater abundance, the highest level of fulfillment, superlative success, and a deeper peace all through my day.

STAMP IT CONFIRMED

All month we talked about authenticating IT -  God, the Divine, the Power and Presence Within. It's what we are awakening ourselves to all year.

We started off talking about that there is no secret being kept from any of us about the Universe or how the Law works.  You may not have been taught this philosophy, but the Universe isn't keeping information on how IT works for members only. The secret is there is no secret! There are only tools to be discovered that enhance what you naturally know, even if you don't know that you know. Don't get sucked into the clickbait titles or descriptions claiming a big secret is being revealed for the first time b.s. And don't begin your day, week, month, or year pining on thinking you're starting in a deficit. That is not a good way to set yourself up to learning.

I also reminded you this month to look around, use your senses as proof of the existence and the workings of divine intention, grace, power, and wisdom. We can learn most if not all we need to learn from Mother Nature.

And last week, I asked you to decide which do you prefer, or which do you work your innermost education transformation and transcendence through....nature or nurture? Actually, there was no choosing...it was both

This week I want to stamp this month of Authentication...CONFIRMED. Not only confirming that:

  • The Power of Presence of Universal Creative Energy is working within you right now
  • The knowledge to succeed and prosper is innate and discover-able through our senses
  • We don't have to go to the top of the mountain or the bottom of the sea to discover God and our Godness
  • Nurturing our True nature leads us to manifestations of health, wealth, love, and peace.
This week we confirm our authentic selves. We stamp our passports to self-definition and self-determination. We stamp our decree of being an expression of the divine. And we attest, verify, and certify as Michael Singer said in “The Untethered Soul”:

The prerequisite to true freedom is to decide that you do not want to suffer anymore. You must decide that you want to enjoy your life and that there is no reason for stress, inner pain, or fear.

How often do you show up authentically?

We are to see that Spirit creates all things by the power of Its own word, and that we are spiritual beings. We are to hear that inner voice of Truth, which is ever proclaiming the freedom of all life, the eternal unity of God with [all].  ~Ernest Holmes

No matter your profession, who you love, how you pray, where you live, how much formal education you have, how much money you have, what gender you identify with, how old you are, etc., you weren’t born to fit in....you were born to stand out.

God makes no mistakes - people do. And yet mistakes are a great teaching tool if you let them be. Regardless of what anyone says, your unique gifts have a purpose and individually it's our responsibility to be our authentic selves, to live and express that purpose. That might be annoying or unappetizing to some, but the more we express ourselves authentically, the more we inspire others to do the same, even if they find us annoying

Unconditional love and acceptance for others who are expressing themselves authentically doesn't mean we have to hang out with them, vote for them, or like them. Appreciating one's authenticity and that of others brings spiritual maturity into play and practice, and emotional maturity into life.

As the inner light dawns, it delivers the outer life from bondage. This is in line with the teaching that everything is from within, out. When the soul knows freedom, the law will free the body, and the outer life will express health, happiness and success. All things work for our good. Even that which we call evil is salutary, leading us to the Way, the Truth and the Life. Suffering should teach us a lesson which would cause us to refrain from making more mistakes; it carries a blessing with it when we learn how to garner knowledge from experience.  ~Science of Mind

If you were living a life of freedom, how would your life look?

Don't be depressed about the answer because it seems like a wish unfulfilled. Be encouraged, impassioned, inspired, motivated, and awakened by the answer as the first step to fulfillment. That is your authentic self calling....answer the call - your soul's desire is ringing.

Say this with me right now:

I consciously and confidently live as my authentic self.
Solid in self-respect and joy.
Firm in my respect and kindness to others.
Centered, grounded, and stable in my connection to Nature and Spirit.
And bold and brave in my self-expression.

Don't be what the world wants you to be. Find and be the definition of your authentic self. It's never too late. Look at these two womyn:

Julia Child

...worked in advertising, media, and secret intelligence before stepping into her passionate self and writing her first cookbook when she was 50, launching her career as a celebrity chef.

Martha Stewart

...a full-time model, then a 25-year-old mother before working a five-year stint as a Wall Street stockbroker; then finding her true purpose through her love of gourmet cooking and creative presentation to create the empire, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.

How about these two:

...was a figure skater and journalist before entering the fashion industry at age 40 and became one of the world's premier women's designers.

...Anna Mary Robertson Moses began her prolific painting career at 78. In 2006, one of her paintings sold for $1.2 million. Previously, she was a housekeeper and farm laborer.

And finally these two/three people:

Taikichiro Moris...was an academic
who became a real-estate investor
at age 51, which made him
the richest person in the world in
1992, worth $13B.

Tim and Nina Zagat...were corporate
lawyers in their late 30s when they
turned their personal, passionate list
of favorite restaurants in Paris and
New York into a published collection
of restaurant reviews which eventually
became a mark of culinary authority.

So what hidden or not so hidden passion is waiting for your authenticity to emerge?

You know I know you know, even if you say you don't....you do. We all get caught up in the box of our degrees, our jobs, what the family expected, what we expected, and even the word “retiree.” So now is the time to commit to showing up -authentically- and choose to live the life we’ve always dreamed of.

A bonus to all this is that doing so in your life also inspires others to follow. By you being an example of unconditional love & acceptance of a life of Spirit expressing Itself as you, that makes for a better world of unity, peace, love, and joy. And that authenticates the Divine in us all!

Stamp your authentic life confirmed and fly my friends, fly!

Affirmative Incantation

I answer the call from Spirit to awaken to the beauty and power within

With this Divine intention, I have the courage to think only clear, productive, and empowering thoughts, no matter what's going on.

I certify that since I am the master of my thoughts

I am the healer of my body

And the designer of my life.

The Truth confirms my wholeness

The Truth attests to my spiritual perfection

The Truth guarantees my success

And I verify this Truth today.

Ta-ta negativity

Goodbye old stories

Adieu junk thinking

I am my authentic True Divine Self right now!

Let's Have A Little Treat

Have a little faith in me...

The Universe is singing that to all of us. I know it's telling me that about some things. Lately, I've been studying the history and usage of prayer for my Doctorate dissertation. This has inspired today's talk title:  Let's Have A Treat.

Some of you may have taken my workshop of the same name and will recognize what I am talking about. However, if your declarations haven't demonstrated like you thought...or better, take this as a needed review...I am.

By "treat," I mean both the idea of a goody and this definition of Spiritual Mind Treatment from Ernest Holmes:

The art and act, time and process, and method and science of consciously changing and inducing thought within our subconscious belief system for the purpose of demonstrating a new idea into our experience.

You might have heard me or others make a call to “treat.”  Spiritual mind treatment is what that is calling; to pray by realigning our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs to the ideas we express in our Statements of Principles:

Reveal the Divinity in You
Vibrate at the Speed of the Divine
Bust Through, Soar, and Zoom into the greatest expression of your life

...which is the fulfillment of love, health, creativity, and prosperity in all the spaces, all the times, all the nooks and crannies of your life. Dr. Holmes continues in his definition of treatment:

We are surrounded by a Creative Medium which responds to us through a law of correspondence. Treatment is clearing the thought of negation, of doubt and fear, and causing it to perceive the ever-presence of God.

What we perceive, we become aware of. What we are aware of, we can awaken to. And as we awaken, we can embody this perception in all we think, feel, and do.

Our minds are full of clutter:

  • the clutter of memories, good and not so good
  • the clutter of opinions and judgments, wise and not so wise
  • the clutter and noise of lies, and decisions, both traumatic and disturbing, and the biases we have accepted which are usually not so good

All of these clutters and biases get in the way!

  • They get in the way of the new, shiny trinket you're eyeing.
  • They get in the way of re-igniting your relationship or having any love in your life.
  • They get in the way of a bigger audience.
  • They get in the way of (fill in the blank).

But these clutters and biases are not signs of a lost battle. They are not powered by evil. And they are not the result of being left alone to our own devices by the Universe with no potential or no tools or the any influence to change. On the contrary:

You have been left alone to discover your real nature, that as an individual you may consciously unite with the Law of Life and the Presence of Good…Just keep right on knocking at the doorway of your consciousness until every ‘no’ becomes a ‘yes’, every negation an affirmation, every fear a faith. You cannot fail if you remain steadfast. Finally, the fetters of bondage will drop from you. You will walk out of your self-imposed prison only to discover that the door was never really locked and the windows were not actually barred. You were bound merely by chains of unbelief.
~This Thing Called You

So how do we get out of those chains of unbelief? Patricia Diane Cota-Robles wrote in, “Raising Consciousness: The Shift from Separation to Oneness”:

Trying to change physical conditions without changing my consciousness is like trying to change the reflection in a mirror without changing the object causing the reflection.

We change our consciousness...we change the reflection we are giving. We treat...the...mind and thus the subconscious, and thus the belief system. Having a treat has specific purposes. Treatment unclogs and frees your mind. It's the roto-rooter[1] of mental clarity and spiritual maturity:

  • Instead of removing tree roots and other debris the roto-rooter technician does, it eliminates the b.s. out of your Belief system
  • Instead of cleaning your drain, it cleans your brain
  • Instead of snaking your pipes and other plumbing gripes, it snakes through your mental aches and pains to leave you wide awake

It is said that people are attracted to this teaching and form of prayer with the hope of manifesting conditions and stuff in our material lives. Well, lose the hope - it has little to nothing to do with it. Affirmative prayer or spiritual mind treatment is actually for the purpose of freeing us from our own limited ideas and beliefs...not to just get stuff. Treatment provides a pause to remember who we are and commune with our own consciousness.

Let there be an opening into the quiet that lies beneath the chaos, where you find the peace you did not think possible and see what shimmers within the storm.  ~John O’Donahue, Rebel Thriver, “To Bless the Space Between Us

So first, recognize that God is the All of all!

You don't have to call It God - call it IT - God doesn't care what you call it! Just recognize the energy and frequency of all creation is here, right now - the Bahagavan, the qi, the life force.

Then unify yourself with that Power (whatever you're going to call it).

You and that Power are One already, you might as well give in to that truth. It acts through you, as you, in you, and in all life - so, revel in it...it's not going away.

Thirdly, accept and affirm that what you are declaring and revealing in this treatment is happening right now.

Confirm it with clarity and specificity. Since you've already established and known that you are part of that Big Universal Power thing, you can speak your word without doubt or reservation that the good you desire to experience is now taking form. When you decide to have a treat, your awareness shifts; you become aware of what is actually true and use this process to substitute what was happening in your mind to what you believe now. We focus on the feelings and senses of having this idea or thing in our life. Prayer frees us from the wrong thinking/ideas of the past. Remember, the Universe has your back so you know your desire is complete as you speak it.

Next, have appreciation and gratitude for this acceptance.

Having clearly stated and affirmed what you want to experience, it's time to do what you always do when you have accepted a treat - give thanks. The good you desire is yours right now. So, accept it and give thanks for this good right here and now.

Finally, release the words, the thoughts, the feelings, the acceptance, and affirm your good as already accomplished.

When you release your prayer to the activity of the Universal Law of Mind, you can completely free yourself of any concern. “I let go and let God. I release this truth in total belief that it is done.”

When we use this incredible tool to treat our minds, freeing us and being led into the freedom that is our birthright, we can break the “chains of unbelief, disbelief, and disapproving logic. Disapproving logic is that monkey mind that says some version of “no” or “impossible.” It most probably will rear its doubting-Thomas- head when a new idea shows up - you just gotta tell it to "shut up." And keep saying so till you mean it and this doubting-Thomas thing lets up.

Get tough, get clear, get connected, and get manifesting!

Come on....let's have a treat!!

Affirmative Incantation

I allow Spirit to overflow me with the Divine Truth.

Thus I am propelled by the Power and Presence of this Truth to free my Mind and receive Its wisdom and reveal Its best ideas.

Today I consciously use this wisdom and these wonderful ideas for the following definite purpose: (reveal your goal for today).

I know my Mind is an outlet through which the Creative Intelligence of the Universe seeks fulfillment.

And so every thought and feeling I have, and any actions I take today, comes through a deep inner perception and the application of my Divine power, and the conviction to my stated goal.

Today I shall be fulfilled and, so too, the Creative Intelligence of the Universe shall be fulfilled.

I am a success!

STOP LYING TO YOURSELF

If you tell yourself the Universe is against you

...you must stop lying to yourself

If you tell yourself you were born in sin, a mistake, dumb, weak, without power or abilities

...you must stop lying to yourself

If you tell yourself your DNA is your destiny

...you must stop lying to yourself!

Dr. David Walker, one of my mentors wrote in his book, “You Are Enough

Excuses are deadly. They don't injure our desires, they kill them, because they replace them. If you have an excuse as to why you are not demonstrating greater good in your life, that's the reason you haven't. You have an excuse.

What's your excuse? What lie have you told yourself about yourself? Let me tell you the Truth.

You are sacred.

Do you see yourself as that?

Sacred is defined as something that is from the divine...an idea or condition that is inviolable and sacrosanct. You were sacred before you started using this body you're in, you are during the time you use this body you're in, and will continue to be when you're done with this body you are in. You're sacred because every thing is sacred. Not just in a religious sense, but in a "what-a-crazy-miraculous-thing-this-universe-is" sense...the very essence of you is of the divine

Trees, flowers, and birds – sacred.

The wind, the stars, the sunlight falling upon our face - sacred.

How our bodies work, how we became us [remember out of 200M sperm, only 1 takes the cake or makes the cake, as it were] ...all of that is divine, miraculous, and sacred.

If we only knew how the Universe really works, we wouldn't just believe in miracles, we would expect, respect, and collect them in our hearts a million times a day. Life is a wonder. Love is magic. You are a miracle.  ~Gordana Bierat [tweet]

When we see something as sacred:

    • it's no longer taken for granted... appreciation/gratitude comes into play

    • you treat it with respect and love, grateful for your connection and communion with he/she/it/them.

    • it doesn’t get tossed into the actual or proverbial trash or put just any old place - it's handled with care.

    • you no longer feel it’s a burden, but a gift. Devotion and love are bestowed upon it, and there's no struggle to get through the experience.

    • you start to see the goodness and treat it, them, or yourself better...with nutritional food, sunlight, laughter, love, exercise, constructive self-talk, positive energy, etc.

    • you move through/around it with awe and wonder...applauding the magical creation of which you are part.

We can't make ourselves sacred, and we can't keep ourselves from being sacred. We can only become aware that we are sacred.  ~Dr. Walker, “Discovering the Sacred”

Everything is sacred...and yet nothing is sacred...unless you make it so. You see, you are automatically enough...spiritually perfect, whole, and complete right now. And you are born with a superpower. And your superpower is choice. The choice to lose what at one time seemed sacred or was practiced as sacred, but no longer serves you. Like the following lies...

“If I could just X, then my life would be amazing.”

What's your X....to get married, get laid, get a raise, buy a new car, a new house, a new pet, floss more often? You’re smart enough to know that no one single goal will ever solve your delays in having or calling happiness in your life. Or do you use the excuse:

“I'm a very busy person”

Sorry, I have to call b.s. on that B.S. If you want to start a business or get six-pack abs, become an expert at this or that, don't lie and say you don't have the time. You make time and commit or understand you aren't ready to commit and stop making excuses. Or what about this oldie:

“If I say or do such and such, people will think I’m stupid.”

I know that one, I've had that go through my head. And when I do, I remember the title of Terry Cole Whitaker's book: “What You Think of Me Is None of My Business”. Or maybe you're thinking:

“If I just say or do this or that, then he/she/it/they will finally change.”

Not impossible, but...

a. it's not your job to fix "them"

b. it usually never works that way...people only change when they are ready

Possibly you've got the:

“Everything is great or everything sucks” blues.

Both are lies. Obviously, everything does not suck, but if you constantly think everything is great, you might be hiding behind the spiritual bypass that no matter what is happening, good or bad, it is the perfect manifestation of your beliefs. And though that is true, it is no reason to just let things happen to or at you. You have control of your imagination, feelings, thoughts, and beliefs and thus what manifests around you...take it and manifest what you want. Then there's the:

“There’s something inherently wrong or different about me”

or

“I would change, but (fill in your rationalization here)”

or the

“I can’t live without X, Y, or Z”

kind of stuff. And, of course, the famous stance:

“I know what I’m doing”

Lie, lie, lie....b.s., b.s., b.s.

There's nothing inherently wrong with you. You are not your addictions, habits, DNA, or history. You can and will be able to live without him, her, they, them, or it. And yet don't get so cocky about your knowledge of this teaching or any other subject to the degree that you aren't open to learning more or healing from or evolving to your best. Those head-trip mechanisms including projections, denials, and other deceptions are all escape routes for the lies.

Now you can use those lies as motivation; a divine urge to be more, live more, express more deeply, to transform and transcend your present circumstances, education, and success. Great, have at it. It's okay to want and have more. The lie is that your present circumstances make you less than.

Learn to enjoy where you are and enjoy the challenge of the pursuit of the next adventure. Relish what might seem like the chase and enjoy the journey, seeing it as a sacred adventure - as the Divine revealing Itself in you. To paraphrase Thomas Troward in "The Creative Process in the Individual" and Ernest Holmes in "The Science of Mind":

Principle is never bound by precedent.

We have a tendency to slip into statistics and probability theories even when we think we have clarity about our vision or purpose. We view the vision through the past. It's okay, learning is good, not repeating mistakes is great, however, don't let a past-heavy perspective limit you from stepping into a whole new experience of possibility. Add to your vision work, your imagination/feeling/action work with a mystical glimpse of the Infinite Possibilities - see them, feel them, allow them to urge you into expression. What you focus on now is what the Universe will read.

If it is a destructive thought that comes to you, it's a lie from ego, stupidity, meanness, or ignorance. If it is a constructive thought, it comes from the Universal Power and we should awaken to Its wisdom and allow It to speak through and as us.

To embody the Divine we must stop lying to ourselves about being less than, not capable of, and other such nonsense. As Dr. Walker taught:

We're not trying to cause something to happen to make us feel like we're enough. Quite the opposite. We're using our enoughness as the foundation upon which we satisfy our own creativity.

That quote is highlighted, arrow-ed, and starred in my copy of his book.

So, stop the excuses, stop the lies. Stop the deceptions, the inaccuracies, and the 'justify's'. Stop resisting with insisting on a falsehood.

Resistance is Hell, for it places man in a “state of torment.”  ~Florence Scovel Shinn, “The Game of Life & How to Play It”

You are enough right here, right now. Always have been, always will be.

So get crackin'...you've got new adventures to unfold!

Affirmative Incantation

I embody the body of the Divine Presence

I embody the chassis of Truth

I recognize and personify my Universal essence

And listen to its wisdom through my internal Bluetooth

I am powerful, I can choose

I anoint me my own guru

And as my own teacher and guide

I tap fully and completely into the ancient, modern, and infinite of the wise

Venerable, admirable; receiving the best advice

Constructive actions are all I materialize

This day I embody the heaven within

And fill my day with joy and all of its synonyms.

AREN'T YOU FREE YET?

Photo by Hanna Zhyhar on Unsplash

True freedom—true liberty—has something cosmic behind it.  ~Ernest Holmes

Freedom to believe what we want is not given through human law, but by Universal Law

Freedom to speak what we feel is not given to us by a human source, but by the Source and Substance of All.

So too, the freedom to choose those words we speak, the thoughts we think, and the beliefs we hold onto are not because of a legal principle, but as our birthright...given to us by the Creative Principle that is the Universe.

And freedom from tyranny, strife, lack, limitation, ignorance, hate, junk thinking, and old stories that no longer serve us is a choice of our mind. Viktor Frankel, whose vivid account of his experience as a prisoner in a Nazi concentration camp wrote in “Man's Search for Meaning”

Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.

The first and last human freedom is choice:

Choice to have...independence from the control of others

Choice to be...independent of the ideas that hurting or taking from others is okay

Independent from the ideas of suffering for something equals a greater worth of that something

Liberty and justice is something handed down from the Universe; not by a Supreme Being that doles out good or bad experiences like a Santa Claus figure, but by a Universal Law that reflects back into our lives experiences equal to the belief of the one or the many. That is the immutable law of the irrevocable principle of cause and effect, the use of the unifying law we each individualize, the unifying law that we all are free to use for our liberty, justice, health, happiness, and prosperity. That is possibly the greatest lesson to learn. As Dr. Holmes spoke on this day in 1947 at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles:
If our nature is one, if God is one—and we know that God must be one, for the universe cannot be divided against itself—then we are all tied into an indivisible unity. We shall have to get back to this unity to find the meaning of freedom. Nothing in any part of this cosmic whole could be considered freedom that would destroy the liberty of some other part of it. That would be self-destruction, would it not?

He reminds us on this day, July 4th, in this country of the United States of America, that it is more important we celebrate & honor our being part of the United Individuals of the Universe, an indivisible unity of shared origin...bound by good for good. Our pledge is not to a nation, but to a shared energy of origin called by many names:

God, Spirit, Holy One, Love, the Thing Itself

IT is that stuff from which our physical bodies were made; the same stuff of which the planets are made. So we declare our independence as a nation, as a people, but most importantly as E Pluribus Unum...out of the many, one.

As is my tradition on the Fourth of July, I give you the New Thought Declaration of Independence to codify and declare our freedom, our independence, with liberty and justice for all.

PLAY the above as you read the below New Thought Declaration of Independence

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one person to dissolve the bands and bonds of struggle, strife, lack, and faithlessness, which has connected them with a life that does not serve their greatest good, and to assume among the Power of the Universe, the station of Prosperity to which the Laws of Nature entitle them, a decent respect to the opinion of one who speaks in Truth requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

I hold this Truth to be self-evident, that I am created equal, that I am endowed by my Creator, that which is within me, with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and Happiness.

To secure these rights in my life, beliefs shall be instituted by me, deriving their just powers from Divine consent of the great Intelligence, my Mind and the Law of Cause and Effect. Whenever any Form of My Beliefs become destructive of these ends, it is the Right of Me to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new thoughts, new feelings, new perspectives, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing Its powers in such form, as to most likely effect my Safety, Prosperity, Health and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, dictates that Beliefs, long established, should not be changed for light and transient causes; and, accordingly, all experience has shown, that many times I am more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right myself by abolishing the beliefs to which I am accustomed that brought on the suffering. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations of my Good reveals a design to reduce Me to absolute or partial lack, it is my right, it is my duty, to throw off such Beliefs, and to provide new thoughts and feelings, new perspectives and beliefs, for my future security, prosperity, health and happiness.

Such has been my patient sufferance; and such is now the necessity which constrains me to alter my thinking and my Beliefs from the history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having a part of the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over my happiness.

And so I now declare, with full knowledge and embodying of the One Power within, that One indestructible, absolute and self-existent Cause. With that Spirit expressing through me, which is the Unity of all life, I claim and swear to use my creative thoughts to think from that eternal goodness, that eternal loving kindness, and that eternal givingness of Divine Intelligence. To act, be, and surround myself with love, abundance, vitality and vibrancy. To think, reason, and live without the bondage of any negativity from my past, without the consciousness of “no” or the shoulda/woulda/coulda of “not yet;” without fear of a future I will create, and without any water cooler gossip or the news and opinions of CNN, MSNBC, FOX NEWS, NPR or any government or religion that may be running around in my mind like a rat in a cage, like squirrels in a whirling dervish, like chattering monkeys – invading my consciousness.

I, therefore, do, in the Name, and by Authority of my birthright as an individualization of the Source and Substance of All, solemnly publish and declare, that I Am that I AM, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent of destructive thoughts and beliefs; and that I Am that I AM, is absolved from all allegiance to negativity, and that all connection between me and the State of Lack and Limitation, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as a Free and Independent personalization of God, I engage my full Power to levy Peace, Prosperity, and Love in my life from this day, forward.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection and Power of the Divine Intelligence within, I pledge to my Life and sacred Honor.

Similar to how John Hancock and the other Founding Fathers did in 1776, sign your name in the air, and proclaim your independence.

And now please join me in our Affirmative Incantation for the week as we know together:

Freedom is not a question, Freedom is an answer!
I answer, “why can I have prosperity in my life?”

With, “Because I am free!”

I answer, “why will I have vitality and vibrancy in my body?”

With, “Because I am unbound!”

I answer, “Why will I have love, kindness, and respect in my life?”

With, “Because I have freedom!”

I have the freedom to choose my thoughts, choose my beliefs, and choose my actions. And today I choose to have the feelings and imagination to support my prosperity, health, and love with powerful, full-bodied, full-hearted, clear, and fearless actions.

Oh say I can see, by the dawn's early light,
My gifts and talents manifesting into fabulous experiences.

NATURE OR NURTURE...WHICH DO YOU?

And God says what's it gonna take to make you understand

Can't you see I am everywhere

I am everyone and you don't have to go so far to find me

~Laura Coyle, "Woman She Goes"

Nature tells us that life is a dance of balance and harmony - gaining it, keeping it, adapting or changing it. Each part of the whole receives what it needs for its sustenance, and gives, with its abilities and talents, for the benefit of the whole. A good example is when the carbon dioxide humans exhale feeds the trees and the oxygen they release sustains human life.

We are interconnected, interdependent, and yet independent - connected with Nature...God...to discover, embody, be, have, do and flourish nature’s work. Nature teaches us many powerful ideas, like these:

  • All Good Things Do Not Require Money and Bigger is Not Necessarily Better

The day, water, sun, moon, night – I do not have to purchase these things with money.   ~Plautus

And have you ever seen a snowflake in close-up - delicate, powerful, and very small?

  • Nature Is Not Only Able to Heal Itself After A Storm of Wind, Rain, or Fire but All Living Things In and Around It

Bad times or bad weather rolls in and rolls out and yet in due course, with perseverance, nature and humanity continue to reign.

  • Silence and Patience is Powerful and Wise

God is the friend of the silence. Trees, flowers, grass grow in silence. See the stars, moon and sun, how they move in silence.  ~Mother Teresa

  • Nature is Our Muse, It is an Endless Source of Inspiration...Beauty Exists Within

The richness I achieve comes from Nature, the source of my inspiration.  ~Claude Monet

We must carry those things with us, allowing Nature to remind us of our original programming. Not what was taught, but what was our birthright. Nature reminds us that what authenticates that Thing called Spirit, God, or the Power and Presence of the Divine is indeed Nature itself - you, me, the animals, plants, and minerals...all-natural and organic. All those qualities found in nature are found in each of us by intelligent design and we are free to use these qualities to make a quality life as we choose.

But what is nurtured, then? Better question....what have we allowed to be nurtured? Everything that happens in the baby's environment goes directly into its subconscious mind, including attitudes, phobias, etc. But because of perception, choice, imagination, memory, intuition, and reason; that nurturing -positive or negative- can be changed. Quantum Mechanics experiments have proved that reality is what you choose it to be and choice is probably the greatest gift we have been given by the Universe.

You are the thermostat for your thinking, reactions, perceptions, attitudes, responses. You are the power to nurture the nature in you....or what you have learned. We don't have to find it by going to the top of the mountain or the bottom of the ocean, but by doing the inner work. When we don't, we nurture the habits of lack and limitation, whatever they look like in your life. It doesn't matter whether it's missing or ignoring the red flags or blaming things on others or age or history, etc. By not treating your mind and heart to empowering ideas, you keep your self-image where it is, no matter who or what put it there.

Self-image is why diets usually don't work or children's grades and attitudes don't improve or do so only temporarily...we don't nurture the nature. We look for answers where they are not, asking the questions that don't pertain. Using our imagination and feelings to experience the change in mind adjusts the vibration, paradigm, and habit, resulting in a greater self-image, optimizing the questions we ask and the actions we take, and the thinking we have.

It is said:

If you can live without caffeine,

If you can be cheerful, ignoring aches and pains,

If you can resist complaining,

If you can understand when your loved ones are too busy to give you any time,

If you can take criticism and blame without resentment,

If you can ignore a friend's limited education and never correct him or her,

If you can resist treating a rich friend better than a poor friend,

If you can face the world without lies and deceit,

If you can conquer tension without medical help,

If you can relax without liquor,

If you can sleep without the aid of drugs,

If you can honestly say that deep in your heart you have no prejudice against creed, color, religion, gender preference, or politics,

Then you have almost reached the same level of spiritual development as your dog!

Our self-image and thus our beliefs and thus our thoughts and thus our actions is a cybernetic instrument, an automatic control system. As you nurture the idea of love, peace, and prosperity in your subconscious and beliefs; over and over, this repetition leads to habit and it frees you to explore what Nature teaches. Nurture your natural powers:

What do you want?  What do you want to be like?

Think about it, then write it out:

“I AM so happy and grateful now that ….”

As you get in touch with the feelings of being that “I Am...” answer, get emotionally involved with it. You will change your belief, self-image, paradigm, and results. Principle, God, the Universe, the spiritual laws are not bound by precedent, whether it's supposedly in your DNA or taught and accepted.

You might say, “Jay, I've heard this before.” Yes, I know I've said it before and I will say it again in as many ways as I can think of until we all get it and use it...until this repetition of hearing will lead us all to the being and doing. It will either inspire you or piss you off into working this idea or start to offend you so you don't do the work and see the negative results from not doing the work and then, after joining the pity party or the grudge gathering, until you get sick of that. Or go climbing to that top of the mountain or swimming to the bottom of the sea to find the answers, and then remember this talk.

You were born to be happy, succeed, prosper, and love. You may not have been nurtured in your upbringing to do that or be that, but how you were brought up and the junk ideas you may have learned can be unlearned.

Within you right now is the power to do things you never dreamed possible. This power becomes available to you just as you can change your beliefs.  ~Maxwell Maltz, Psycho-Cybernetics

We are authentic when we use our True selves when we nurture the wisdom of Nature and that of the dog (as indicated above).

 And God says,

Why do you people think you need to climb so many mountains ...

swim so many oceans    ~Laura Coyle

  • When you are here, you're nurturing your nature
  • When you do the affirmative incantations, you're nurturing your nature.
  • When you read, listen to Truth talks or books or podcasts or lectures, you're nurturing your nature
  • When you consistently work your spiritual practice, you are nurturing your nature.

It's not nature over nurture or nature vs. nurture...it's nature and nurture!

Nurture your nature and upgrade your knowledge, wisdom, self-image, imagination into a fabulous, succulent, prosperous, and vibrant life.

Affirmative Incantation

This is the day I certify my place in the Universe:

I am all that I require to Be, Have, and Do for my best day

And that which I don't know that I know is revealed to me at the ideal time

In the mirror, I see a reflection of one of the Universe's unique creations.

Today, I declare myself completely and perfectly prepared to face whatever shows up

And able to express the whole enchilada of glorious wisdom and power

I appreciate all that the Universe has given to me and all that it provides for me, no matter the circumstances

For this is the day I certify my place in the Universe

...a place where I am grateful to be in the ever-loving arms of the brightest Light to illuminate my way,

...the most enduring Love to support my talents, ideas, and courageousness,

...and the greatest Beauty to embody the harmony between me and the powers of the Infinite from which I spring.

I choose to be ready and certified to be a spiritual badass and kick some prosperous butt.

LOOK AROUND

"I think, therefore I am....Cogito, ergo sum," said René Descartes.

"I AM THAT I AM," spoke the Burning Bush to Moses

Both are authentications of the Divine Presence.

Our thinking, thoughts, consciousness are paramount in manifestation, perception, and our connection to the Universal, but is it the only way to authenticate the Divine?

my mind is

a big hunk of irrevocable nothing which touch and

taste and smell and hearing and sight keep hitting and

chipping with sharp fatal tools

in an agony of sensual chisels i perform squirms of

chrome and execute strides of cobalt

nevertheless i

feel that i cleverly am being altered that i slightly am

becoming something a little different, in fact

myself

Hereupon helpless i utter lilac shrieks and scarlet

bellowings.       ~ e. e. cummings, Portraits VII

What do you feel when you see hear, touch, smell, taste something so fantastic your whole life seems to make sense? It brings words to mind you never thought you had, descriptions and adjectives you’ve never used, memories you had long misplaced? There's a book I love called “A Natural History of the Senses” by Diane Ackerman. She is quite the prolific author of two dozen highly-acclaimed works of poetry and nonfiction, many New York Times bestsellers, The Zookeeper's Wife (a 2017 movie starring Jessica Chastain), and a Pulitzer Prize Finalist for "One Hundred Names for Love." Ackerman is the epitome of curiosity and imagination. Her thrilling observations urge us to live in the moment and to wake up to nature's everyday miracles and her work is addictive. Today I'm using some of her quotes and readings to authenticate the Divine in all – our June theme.

In a mere ounce of air, there are 1,00 billion trillion gyrating atoms made up of oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen, each a menagerie of electrons, quarks, and ghostly neutrinos. ... Sometimes we marvel at how “calm” the day is, or how “still” the night. Yet there is no stillness in the sky, or anywhere else where life and matter meet. They are always vibrant and aglow, full of volatile gases, staggering spores, dust, viruses, fungi, and animals, all stirred by a swirling and relentless wind.   ~"Vision" chapter

When you look at the stars, the moon, the expansiveness of the sky / the universe, a flower, a child, your loved one, or a sweet treat, you may stare in amazement of its power and beauty – your emotions soar, yes?You may think, “A higher intelligence must be present!”

Each of us are a unique beholder of creation, an authenticator of a design that is both super natural and metaphysical beyond our present comprehension, even though science and scientific theory attempts to explain it all.

When you look in a mirror, you will see the face of a predator; not to capture or eat other animals though that ability is there as well, but to gather light, pick out important  images, focus on novel sites, and pinpoint them in space and time to follow them, we have the ability to be a walking stereoscopic binocular

What we see are prey, not in order to feed our bellies, but our minds, that's the power of our sense of vision. If that is not from a Divine intelligence, I don't know what is. Helen Keller wrote:

Smell is a potent wizard that transports you across thousands of miles and all the years you have lived. The odors of fruits waft me to my southern home, to my childhood frolics in the peach orchard. Other odors, instantaneous and fleeting, cause my heart to dilate joyously or contract with remembered grief. Even as I think of smells, my nose is full of scents that start and awake sweet memories of summers gone and ripening fields far away.

In 2014, researchers in a Science magazine article concluded that the human nose can distinguish at least 1 trillion different odors, way beyond the previous estimate of 10,000. Whether it's your favorite fruit pie or flower, fresh cut grass, sea or mountain air, or the pheromones of your mate; a human nose has around 400 scent receptors. For example, when the smell of coffee wafts through a room, specific receptors in the nose detect molecular components of the odor. That elicits a series of neural responses, translating into inward or outward cry's like “Thank God” or “Where is it?”. Or it engages the action of the salivary glands and creates a GPS-like hunt for its location. Smell brings out both the imaginary and the memorial in the brain. It can act as an informant of a person's profession or hobby, habits or previous locale; and with food – the sense of taste attaches itself. Rev. Kelly Isola, a Unity minister, wrote some tips for increasing your spiritual sense of smell. Here's two:

  • When you connect with God's presence, what scents or fragrances come to mind?
  • With every deep breath in today, let it be a reminder of being more open and alive, to knowing God as real, authentic, and attentive

If the sense of smell is not from a Divine intelligence, I don't know what is.

If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.  ~Nikola Tesla

What happens when you hear Mozart or Miles Davis, Dolly Parton or Dean Martin, Bach or the Beatles (depending on your taste). How about a baby laughing, a light rain at your window, a crackling fire, the sigh of your lover, or the purr of your cat? For me, a Debussy composition delights all of my senses - when I hear them, I feel enlightened, open and ready for expansion and transformation. The sounds of nature, both pleasant and not, are a symphony of proof that Spirit wants to be heard; in all the languages for all Its creation - animal, mineral, vegetable, aviary, reptile, mammal, and plants...yes, even plants.

Using highly expensive and sensitive acoustic sensors, similar to the ones use to detect cracks in bridges, researchers are able to catch the ultrasonic blips and pops of a plant. They may not sing like the one in “Little Shop of Horrors,” but it has been proven that their vibrations are a language to each other and the insects that feed upon them

The Universe's sound, translates closely to the "Aum" chant you may hear at an Ashram or the beginnings of a Yoga class. Though we cannot truly create the sound of the universe by a chanting; we can produce a vibration sympathetic with the electro-magnetic ones of the cosmic hum. Listen to this:

If sound is not from a Divine intelligence, I don't know what is

Touch, by clarifying and adding to the shorthand of the eyes, teaches us that we live in a three-dimensional world.   ~”Touch”

When we touch silk, velvet, grass, or each other, we can miraculously heal hurt, ease pain, save premmie infants, and change the circumstances of health and well-being. Touch informs, touch educates, and touch loves. Touch is not only by skin, but what we do when we pray or commune with the power and presence of the Universe.

If touch is not from a Divine intelligence, I don't know what is.

More from Diane Ackerman:

A creamy blur of succulent blue sound smells like week-old strawberries dropped onto a tin sieve as mother approaches in a halo of color chatter, and a perfume like thick golden butterscotch.

Isn't that beautiful? All of that is a description of Nature saying “hi...” in the synesthesia of life. Only 2 - 4% of people have the neurological condition called synesthesia in which information meant to stimulate one of your senses stimulates several of your senses, but in many ways, all of us are synesthetes.

Sacred rituals use the senses to connect to their very being and essence. The Torah (Exodus 20:18) describes the Hebrews gathering to receive the scrolls with Moses at Mt. Sinai to hear visions and see the voice of God. Dr. William Bushell of MIT's Department of Anthropology and Columbia University's American Institute of Buddhist Studies tells us, "In fact, synesthesia may not only be associated with the highest spiritual states, it may be necessary for them."

Dr. Eben Alexander wrote in "Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon’s Journey Into the Afterlife" about the blending of his senses during his near-death experience in a 2008 coma when he wrote, “Seeing and hearing were not separate in this place where I now was ...I could see the surging, joyful perfection of what they sang.” After months of analysis and discussion with other scientists about his experience, Eban Alexander concluded, “It is crucial to remember that my ultra-real experience deep in coma, in the realms of the Gateway and the Core that I describe in my book, did not happen in my brain, or in the physical universe, but they really happened in a more fundamental reality – the dwelling-place of Divine consciousness, spirit and soul.”

What more proof do you need to authenticate the Divine in all and through all? Just use your senses. Stay aware and awake, and allow your senses to inform you, inspire you. All you gotta do is look around

I HAVE ARRIVED

photo "young woman winning trail race" by David Pereiras licensed by EnvatoElements

June was about connecting with the Divine within. In sleep and prayer, turning ourselves on to the infinite possibilities in the Universe, and affirming who we really are and our place in the scheme of things Universal. I've used June to remind us to step away from doing, so we can BE, and in the being:

...refresh, reboot, reconnect to our power

...and reframe the stories that have emerged, re-emerged, or are stubborn and slow us down, triggering old habits.

Boy those old stories can sneak up on ya. Even when you have done the forgiveness work, the shadow work, and/or the trauma work. When the junk shows up, the work must go on to lessen, neutralize, and eliminate those old beliefs by first connecting to the Divine Power, Intelligence, Love, Light, and Law.

Earlier in the month, I compared the Oscar Wilde novel, DORIAN GRAY, to our self-image. I compared how our beliefs, perspectives, perceptions, etc. show up in our lives like the portrait illustrated in the book. However, in real life, we are the painter and the Universe is the store where we get the turpentine to remove paint mistakes and clean our brushes, where we find the best easel to center and balance our canvas, and where we discover new mediums and colors to express the art and creativity of this thing called You.

There's a great moment in the novel GRAPES OF WRATH by John Steinbeck where Tom Joad talks about his next steps in life. He says:

I been thinking about us, too, about our people living like pigs and good rich land layin’ fallow. Or maybe one guy with a million acres and a hundred thousand farmers starvin’. And I been wonderin’ if all our folks got together and yelled…

… maybe I can just find out somethin’, just scrounge around and maybe find out what it is that’s wrong and see if they ain’t somethin’ that can be done about it. …

Well, maybe like [the Preacher] says, a fella ain't got a soul of his own, but on'y a piece of a big one —an' then—"

"Then it don' matter. Then I'll be all aroun' in the dark. I'll be ever'where—wherever you look. Wherever they's a fight so hungry people can eat, I'll be there. Wherever they's a cop beatin' up a guy, I'll be there. ... I'll be in the way guys yell when they're mad an'—I'll be in the way kids laugh when they're hungry an' they know supper's ready.

An' when our folks eat the stuff they raise an' live in the houses they build—why, I'll be there.

Tom's story is not just about activism in his own life and those around him to right the wrongs he talks about. He's digging into the idea of Oneness. Not only are we in this together, but we are also all made from the same cloth. Like Walt Whitman in LEAVES OF GRASS,

I celebrate myself, and sing myself,

And what I assume you shall assume,

For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you.

Or like Emerson termed it in THE OVER-SOUL,

The soul is the perceiver and revealer of truth. By the same fire, serene, impersonal, perfect, which burns until it shall dissolve all things in the waves and surges of an ocean of light, we see and know each other, and what spirit each is of.

We are all part of the one...

THE ONE POWER

THE ONE CREATIVE FORCE

THE ENERGY OF THE BIG BANG

THE FREQUENCY OF LOVE AND WISDOM

In many ways, our stories are part of one story. Our pain is part of one pain. Our surprise at the beauty and fragility of life is part of one chorus of awe.   ~Mark Nepo, Seven Thousand Ways to Listen

In our intentional connection to IT, we can decide if in our story we are the hero, the victim, the wrongdoer, the innocent bystander, or the observer. We can paint those pictures for ourselves. Too often we get caught up in our day-to-day struggles and forget who we are. We forget to be appreciative and in gratitude for the gift of life, for our past, good and not-so-good, and for our old stories and the new ones we are making.

This is the story of your life.  Just keep right on knocking at the doorway of your consciousness until every “no” become a “yes”, every negation an affirmation, every fear a faith.  ~Ernest Holmes, THIS THING CALLED YOU

This doorway is in your prayer, in your meditations, in your visualizations, in your visioning, and in your connection with Spirit. As poet Robert Frost said in SERVANT OF SERVANTS:

The best way out is always through.

Through the Truth.

Through your best Self.

Through the great intelligence and the wisdom of the ages.

Through your Divine Matrix.

Through connecting to IT and knowing your inclusion with and as IT, the Power and Presence of Divine Intelligence places you in the center and the circumference of your very being - your essence.

Don't allow ego (edging God out), errors, the mortal mind, or the crazy news to have any influence. Their effect only arrives through our cause, when we believe in it or accept it.

Today you are going to take your life in your own hands, realizing God is ever with you.  ~Ernest Holmes, THIS THING CALLED YOU

Be vigilant in your refusal to endorse or accept suggestions that do not embrace your greater self.

Be watchful for those who want to dupe you all those ideas are impotent unless you empower them.

So...

Reject the lies!

Reject the I am what I do's!

Reject the I am what I have's!

Reject the "what other people think of me's!

Reject the separation feeling from others, what you want, and God!

If you can view your mind as your house, it can teach you to control how much space you rent to your wounds and grievances.  You are the proprietor, and you set the rent. ~Fred Luskin, FORGIVE FOR GOOD

Let us embrace and go through any ordeal with an open heart, a deep inquiry, and a desire for allowing ourselves to stay awake and aware and connected to the Divine. And when you do, go through it with and as the Divine in you...

where you will awaken to your best practices

where you will take the inspired wise action

and where you will be able to stand tall, brave, and bold, and sing loud and proud:

I have arrived!

Affirmative Incantation

Today I rise above 30,000 feet

...to see the overview of my great ride on this journey

I see fields of green, red roses too

I see myself arriving and thriving

See me breaking on through

As I reach for the stars, wherever I roam

I know I'm supported by my thoughts

...in the following syndrome:

I Am the beloved with all rights and privileges

...constantly beaming at my highest frequency

I Am stepping up, leaning in, bold and brave,

….sometimes going out on a limb and starting a new wave

I Am surrounded by Light and surrounded by Love,

...and wisdom lands sweetly right into my glove.

I will carry this through my day, the week, and more

Affirming, awakening

All my opulence showing up here and accounted for!
